Insufficient balance in the WeChat or Alipay wallet

Problem

Customer shows “Insufficient Balance” message in their WeChat/Alipay wallet.

Advise your customer to select “Pay with Credit/Debit Card” on their payment page.

If Credit/Debit card shows an insufficient balance, advise customer to select “Pay with Another Card” on their payment page.
