POS shows timeout or failed transaction
Problem
POS shows Timeout or failed transaction, but the customer has received a Payment Successful notification on their phone.
Solution
Normally, this problem is due to a bad internet connection, or not having the newest software installed. If the customer's WeChat or Alipay has already received confirmation of a successful payment, this means the transaction has been processed.
Here is how to find the transaction information:
Click Main menu > Transaction history. You should be able to see the transaction you just made here.
Use a laptop or PC to log into our Backoffice.
Check the transaction in your Backoffice records.
If the above does not work, get in touch by opening a support ticket.
