Refunds

There are two ways to perform a refund in the PayXpress Alternative Payments app:

  • You can select “Refund”. The camera is activated. Scan the customer’s ticket:

  • Or, you can click on the transaction from the Transactions list and tap “Refund”, entering the exact amount you want to refund:

As you control the refund amount, you can perform a partial refund if needed!
