I cannot log in to the Backoffice
This page is useful for merchants who are not able to access the Backoffice because their password is wrong, or their user is disabled.
Possible causes
Possible causes are that you are entering your password wrong, or your user is temporarily disabled.
Users often get automatically disabled because of a lack of accesses in the past month, or by entering their password wrong too many times.
Regenerating password
You can regenerate your password by yourself in the Login page of the Backoffice:
Input your username in the respective field:
Click the “Forgot your password?” button. This will trigger the generation of a new password for your username, and you will receive it via email.
