Your profile
Keeping your personal information up to date in the PayXpert Backoffice helps us serve you better. It is easy to set up your profile and/or modify your information when needed.
Adding a profile picture
Having a profile pic is not mandatory, but it is easy to set/change.
To set your profile picture:
Enter My profile.
In the Main information tab, drag and drop your picture into the right-hand box.
Alternatively, you can click in the picture box area to upload an image file.
Click the Edit button to save.
Your contact information
You can further define your profile information by setting your location and working hours, even noting the language you prefer to use. You can also enter in other ways for us to contact you, like through social media or a personal phone number. These two aspects are handled in the Contacts tab of “My profile”, in separate areas of the page:
Adding this information is totally optional!
Adding more info about you
To add more information to your profile:
Enter My profile.
Go to the Contacts tab.
Fill in the fields on the upper part of the page:
Ticking the “Private” checkbox will let us know that this is sensitive contact information
Click Edit.
Adding new ways to contact you
If you want to enter a new way for us to contact you, do the following:
Enter My profile.
Go to the Contacts tab. Click the Add button in the lower part of the page.
Fill in the fields of the window that appears.
Click Create.
Your new contact method will appear in the list:
Your profile is now updated; you do not need to click the Edit button to save.
